La Olla Caliente is a plant-based Cuban food concept and a personal branding exploration. Inspired by vintage cookbooks, sun-drenched photography, and the kitchens of my mom and abuelas, it reimagines cherished family recipes as plant-based cuisine: Abuela’s food reimagined, plant-based and true to its roots.
This project is a work-in-progress, offering a glimpse into the visual world and storytelling I hope to develop—branding, pop-up visuals, and potential cookbook ideas—that celebrate culture, flavor, and the joy of Cuban food in a fresh, approachable way.
